This is a critical reminder that the NSW Building Commission’s 2025 Strata Defects Survey is closing on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. This is your direct opportunity to contribute to a comprehensive understanding of building defects in strata schemes across New South Wales.

Who Should Participate?

To participate in the defects survey you must:

  1. be a strata scheme manager
  2. have any class 2 residential apartment buildings built between 1 July 2018 and 30 June 2024
  3. provide your feedback on the 2025 Strata Defects Survey by July 30, 2025
