Rebecca Moufarrege


Rebecca is a senior lawyer with over 19 years of experience predominately as a property and strata lawyer. She was admitted in 2005 to both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws.

She is best known for her determination to obtain optimal results for her clients. Rebecca provides practical, concise and easy to understand advice.

Acting for developers in acquiring large parcels of land by options, documenting nomination arrangements with third party developers.

Acting for a developer in setting up and registering a community association, documenting community management statement, 88B instrument and sale contracts.
