Rebecca is a senior lawyer with over 19 years of experience predominately as a property and strata lawyer. She was admitted in 2005 to both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws.

Successfully contesting a request/application to the Registrar General pursuant to section 12(d) of the Real Property Act 1900 (NSW) to change a by-law.

Acting for developers in acquiring large parcels of land by options, documenting nomination arrangements with third party developers.

Acting for a developer in setting up and registering a community association, documenting community management statement, 88B instrument and sale contracts.
