“As our 3 year saga has finally ended I would like to express my thanks to all but especially to your receptionist who was extremely helpful and informative every time I rang or delivered documents etc. After meeting me only once the second time I turned up unannounced (to deliver documents) she cheerfully said “hello Mr Hansel”. What a wonderful memory! Having owned an accountancy practice for over 30 years I realise how reception can get overlooked however they are an integral part of the team and this is especially so in this case.
